Who These Terms Apply To
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you ("you," "your," or "User") and TradePros AI LLC ("we," "us," "our," or "TradePros AI"). By creating an account, accessing our website, or using any part of our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
These Terms apply to all users of TradePros AI, including:
- Individual consumers using the service for personal organization, family scheduling, and household management
- Small business owners using the service for business reputation management and operations
- Freelancers, solopreneurs, and self-employed individuals
- Anyone who creates a free trial account, paid account, or accesses our platform in any way
If you are using TradePros AI on behalf of a business, organization, or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. If you do not have that authority, do not use the service.
Age requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use TradePros AI. If you are under 18, you may not create an account or use our service.
Whether you're a busy parent organizing your family or a restaurant owner managing reviews — these terms apply to you. By signing up, you're agreeing to follow these rules. You must be 18 or older.
What the Service Does
TradePros AI is an AI-powered operations and organization platform that connects to your digital accounts — including Google Calendar, Gmail, Google Business Profile, and other permitted integrations — to generate automated briefings, summaries, reminders, and AI-assisted content on your behalf.
For Business Users, the service may include:
- Monitoring and summarizing Google Business reviews
- Generating AI-drafted responses to customer reviews
- Creating social media content suggestions
- Summarizing calendar events and flagging priorities
- Monitoring online mentions of your business
- Delivering weekly and daily briefing emails or alerts
For Individual and Family Users, the service may include:
- Daily or weekly personal briefings summarizing your schedule
- Reminders for appointments, birthdays, and important dates
- Summarizing emails and messages at a high level
- Calendar organization and priority flagging
- Family schedule coordination and alerts
- Task and to-do management assistance
Important: TradePros AI is an organizational and productivity tool. It is not a medical service, financial advisor, legal service, or emergency notification system. Do not rely on this service for time-critical safety matters, medical decisions, financial decisions, or legal matters.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any feature of the service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes when possible.
We organize your life and business — reviews, calendars, reminders, briefings. But we're not a doctor, lawyer, or financial advisor. Don't use us for emergencies or critical decisions that require a real professional.
Your Account Responsibilities
When you create an account with TradePros AI, you are responsible for:
- Account security: Maintaining the confidentiality of your password and restricting access to your account
- Accurate information: Providing truthful, accurate information during registration and keeping it current
- Authorized access: Only connecting accounts and data sources that you own or have explicit permission to connect
- All activity: Everything that happens under your account, whether or not you authorized it
- Notification: Notifying us immediately at security@tradeprosai.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account
You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your account. Each account is for one person or one business entity.
Connecting third-party accounts: By connecting your Google account or any other third-party service, you confirm that you are the authorized owner of that account and that connecting it does not violate any terms of service of the connected platform.
Keep your password safe, don't share your account, and only connect accounts that belong to you. If something goes wrong with your account — even if it wasn't your fault — you're responsible for telling us immediately.
Your Data and Our Access
You retain full ownership of all data that you provide to TradePros AI or that we access through your connected accounts. We do not claim any ownership rights over your data.
What we access and why:
- Google Calendar — to summarize your schedule and flag important events
- Google Business Profile — to monitor reviews and generate response drafts
- Gmail — sender name and subject line only, to flag important communications
- Contacts — names only, for recognition in briefings
- Messages/SMS — sender name and volume only, never message content
What we never do with your data:
- Sell your data to any third party for any reason
- Use your data to train AI models without your explicit written consent
- Share your data with advertisers or marketing companies
- Store email body content or message text content
- Access your accounts for any purpose other than providing the service
- Retain your data after account deletion (subject to legal compliance requirements)
By using TradePros AI, you grant us a limited, revocable license to access and process your connected account data solely for the purpose of providing the service you have subscribed to. This license terminates immediately upon account cancellation or disconnection of linked accounts.
Our complete data practices are described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and the Privacy Policy regarding data handling, the Privacy Policy controls.
Your data is yours. We access it to do your briefings, nothing else. We never sell it, never use it to train AI, and delete it when you leave. The Privacy Policy has the full details.
About AI-Generated Content
TradePros AI uses artificial intelligence — specifically Anthropic's Claude AI — to generate briefings, review response drafts, social media captions, summaries, and other content on your behalf. You understand and agree to the following about AI-generated content:
AI content is a starting point, not a final answer
All AI-generated content — including review responses, social captions, briefing summaries, and recommendations — is provided as a suggested starting point only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any content before publishing, sending, or acting on it.
AI can make mistakes
AI-generated content may sometimes be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or inappropriate for your specific situation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.
Review responses are your responsibility
If you use an AI-drafted review response, you are solely responsible for that response once posted. TradePros AI is not liable for any claims, complaints, or consequences arising from review responses posted to any platform.
Social content is your responsibility
Any social media content you post using our suggestions is your content. You are responsible for ensuring it is accurate, compliant with platform terms, and appropriate for your audience.
Critical: Never use AI-generated content for medical advice, legal advice, financial advice, emergency communications, or any situation where accuracy is a matter of safety. TradePros AI is an organizational tool, not a professional services provider.
The AI does the drafting — you do the reviewing. Always read AI suggestions before using them. If you post a review response and it causes a problem, that's on you, not us. The AI is a helpful assistant, not an infallible expert.
Payment and Cancellation
Subscriptions and billing
TradePros AI offers subscription plans billed monthly or annually. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. All prices are in US dollars.
Free trial
If you sign up for a free trial, you will not be charged until the trial period ends. We will send a reminder email before your trial converts to a paid subscription. You may cancel at any time during the trial at no charge.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. You will retain access to the service until that date. We do not offer refunds for partial months on monthly plans.
Annual plan refunds
If you cancel an annual subscription within the first 30 days, you are entitled to a prorated refund for the unused portion. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable but you retain access through the end of your annual term.
Price changes
We will provide at least 30 days notice before increasing prices for existing subscribers. Founding member prices are locked and will never be increased for the original subscribing account. New customers may be subject to updated pricing.
Failed payments
If a payment fails, we will attempt to retry the charge. If payment cannot be collected after reasonable attempts, your account may be suspended until payment is resolved. We will notify you by email before any suspension.
Cancel anytime — one click in settings, no phone call needed. You keep access until your period ends. Founding member prices are yours forever. If we raise prices, you get 30 days notice. Annual plans get a prorated refund in the first 30 days.
Our Liability Limits
This section is important. Please read it carefully.
Disclaimer of warranties
TradePros AI is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, completely secure, or that defects will be corrected. We make no warranty that the service will meet your specific requirements or that AI-generated content will be accurate or complete.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TradePros AI LLC, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the service, including but not limited to:
- Loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities
- Loss of data or information
- Damage to your reputation arising from AI-generated content you chose to publish
- Inaccurate briefings, summaries, or AI-generated recommendations
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Unauthorized access to your account despite our security measures
- Actions of third-party platforms (Google, Stripe, etc.) that affect your use of our service
Cap on liability: In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid to TradePros AI in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TradePros AI LLC and its owners, employees, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third party's rights; or (d) any content you post or publish using our service.
In plain terms: If you post an AI-generated review response that upsets a customer or causes a complaint — that's your responsibility, not ours. If our service goes down and you miss something important — we're not liable for resulting losses. We provide a tool; you're responsible for how you use it.
We work hard to provide a reliable, accurate service. But if something goes wrong — AI makes a mistake, service goes down, content causes a problem — our financial liability is limited to what you've paid us in the last year. You're responsible for reviewing AI suggestions before using them.
What You Cannot Do
The following uses of TradePros AI are strictly prohibited:
- Using the service to access, monitor, or manage accounts you do not own or have explicit permission to manage
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or gain unauthorized access to any part of the service
- Using the service to generate, publish, or distribute false, defamatory, or fraudulent content about any person or business
- Using the service to generate fake reviews or manipulate review platforms in violation of those platforms' terms
- Scraping, crawling, or systematically downloading content from our platform
- Using the service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
- Attempting to overwhelm or disrupt our systems through excessive automated requests
- Reselling, sublicensing, or transferring your account or any rights under these Terms without our written consent
- Using the service to harass, stalk, or monitor another individual without their knowledge and consent
- Circumventing usage limits, payment systems, or security measures
- Using the service for any purpose that violates Google's Terms of Service, Stripe's Terms of Service, or any other connected platform's terms
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account termination without refund and may expose you to legal liability.
Use the service honestly and legally. Don't connect accounts you don't own. Don't use AI to write fake reviews. Don't try to hack us. Don't resell the service. Common sense rules — if you're asking "is this okay?" it probably isn't.
When Accounts Are Terminated
Termination by you
You may terminate your account at any time through the account settings page. Upon termination, we will delete your data as described in our Privacy Policy, revoke all OAuth connections, and cancel any active subscriptions.
Termination by us
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if:
- You violate these Terms or our Privacy Policy
- You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
- Your use of the service creates liability or legal risk for us or others
- We are required to do so by law or legal process
- Your account payment remains overdue after reasonable notice and retry attempts
In cases of suspected fraud or abuse, we may terminate immediately without prior notice. In other cases, we will attempt to provide reasonable notice and an opportunity to remedy the violation before termination.
Effect of termination
Upon termination for any reason: all licenses granted to you under these Terms immediately terminate; we will delete your data within 30 days (except where retention is required by law); you remain liable for any amounts owed before termination.
You can leave anytime — one click. We can terminate accounts that abuse the service. If we do terminate you for a policy violation, we'll try to warn you first unless it's serious. Your data gets deleted within 30 days either way.
Resolving Disputes
Contact us first
Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at legal@tradeprosai.com and give us a reasonable opportunity to resolve the issue. Most disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication, and we are committed to addressing concerns promptly and fairly.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Informal resolution period
Both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally for a period of 30 days before pursuing formal legal action. During this period, you will send a written description of your dispute to legal@tradeprosai.com and we will respond within 14 business days.
Arbitration
If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. This means you waive your right to a jury trial. The arbitration shall be conducted in English and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.
Class action waiver
You agree that any arbitration shall be conducted on an individual basis only. You waive any right to bring or participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against TradePros AI.
Exception — small claims court
Either party may bring claims in small claims court if the claim qualifies under that court's jurisdictional limits.
If something goes wrong, email us first — we genuinely want to fix it. If we can't resolve it together within 30 days, disputes go to arbitration (a private judge), not a public courtroom. You can't join a class action lawsuit against us.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do:
- We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page
- For material changes, we will send an email notification to your registered address at least 30 days before the changes take effect
- For minor changes (typos, clarifications that don't affect your rights), we may update without advance notice
- Your continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms
- If you disagree with updated Terms, you may cancel your account before the changes take effect
We will never retroactively apply terms in a way that reduces your rights without your explicit consent. Changes apply going forward only.
If we change something important, we'll email you 30 days before it happens so you can decide whether to stay. Small fixes happen without notice. We never change the rules on you without warning.

We aim to respond to all emails within 24 hours on business days. For urgent security matters, we respond as quickly as possible regardless of the day.
